LOW CARB HIGH PROTEIN MUG CAKE! Day 1 of my sugar detox is almost done, but started getting cravings at 6:30pm lol. So i mixed some things together and it turned out awesommmee!: 1/2 scoop whey, 1/2 sc casein (both from optimum nutrition), 1T walnut meal, 1T coconut flour, vanilla stevia, 1T cocoa, almond milk, baking powder, 1T greek yogurt. nuke for 50sec, let rest out of the microwave for 2 min to finish cooking. topped with pb and some more walnut meal.
